CRIM recognizes the importance of skilled and proficient computer users and the impact they have on productivity at a personal and enterprise level. The continued growth of technology in Quebec will benefit and accelerate with the widespread adoption of the ICDL concept by employers and educators.

CRIM, the technology accelerator in Quebec, is a knowledge and technology transfer centre and major contributor to the information technologies (IT) industry, CRIM provides leading edge services in research and development, training, security, best practices and software testing and certification. In its role as a technological accelerator, CRIM aims to increase the value of businesses through the transfer of expertise, knowledge, know-how and technologies.
